Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 September 2026
Important: Aulert is an individual personal project operated from Thailand. These Terms are general-use terms and may need further review if Aulert is offered to users in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer or child-privacy rules.

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Aulert, a web application operated by Poonyapat Aroonrueangsirilert, an individual based in Thailand.

By creating an account, selecting an acceptance checkbox, or using Aulert, you agree to these Terms and the Aulert Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Aulert.

2. What Aulert does

Aulert connects to your Google Classroom account with your permission and helps you view:

  • Assignments;
  • Courses;
  • Due dates;
  • Grades or submission status;
  • Announcements; and
  • Class materials.

Aulert may display this information in a notification feed or deadline calendar. It may also send optional notifications through your browser or a Discord webhook that you choose to connect.

Aulert is an independent project. It is not made by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Google, Google Classroom, or Discord.

Aulert is not an official school record system. Your school’s systems and Google Classroom remain the official sources for your academic information.

3. Eligibility and age

You may use Aulert only if:

  • You are legally permitted to use a Google account and Google Classroom;
  • Your use complies with your school’s rules;
  • You comply with applicable laws; and
  • You have permission from a parent, guardian, school, or other legally authorized person where required by applicable law.

Aulert does not knowingly allow use that violates applicable child-protection or privacy laws. If you believe a child has used Aulert without required permission, contact us at yell0wcircle12345@gmail.com.

4. Your Google account

To use Aulert, you sign in with Google and authorize Aulert to access specified Google Classroom information.

Aulert requests read-only access. Aulert is designed not to post, edit, submit, or delete information in Google Classroom.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your Google account secure;
  • Using only an account that you are authorized to connect;
  • Reviewing the permissions requested by Aulert; and
  • All activity carried out through your Aulert account.

You may revoke Aulert’s Google access through your Google Account permissions.

5. Discord notifications

If you connect a Discord webhook:

  • You must have permission to use the relevant Discord server, channel, and webhook;
  • You are responsible for choosing an appropriate destination;
  • You are responsible for reviewing who can see the notifications;
  • You must not use Aulert to send spam, abusive content, unlawful content, or harmful material; and
  • You must remove or rotate the webhook if you believe it has been exposed.

Discord notifications may contain information derived from Google Classroom. Anyone with access to the selected Discord channel may be able to see that information.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use Aulert for an unlawful purpose;
  • Access another person’s account or information without authorization;
  • Attempt to bypass security or access controls;
  • Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or damage Aulert;
  • Scrape or abuse Aulert using automated tools;
  • Probe, scan, or test Aulert for vulnerabilities without permission;
  • Upload malware or harmful code;
  • Use Aulert for spam or harassment;
  • Use Aulert for commercial purposes without permission; or
  • Use Aulert in a way that violates Google, Discord, school, or other applicable rules.

7. Third-party services

Aulert depends on third-party services, including Google, Google Classroom, Google Cloud, Vercel, Supabase, and Discord.

Those services may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue their APIs, infrastructure, policies, or features. Such changes may affect Aulert.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Aulert is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, security, content, or actions.

8. Free service

Aulert is currently provided free of charge. We may change the service, introduce optional paid features, or discontinue the service in the future, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice where practicable.

No payment is currently required to use the core Aulert service.

9. Availability and accuracy

Aulert is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Aulert will always be available;
  • Notifications will arrive;
  • Notifications will arrive on time;
  • Information will always be complete or accurate;
  • Aulert will be free from errors or interruptions;
  • Google Classroom data will always be available to Aulert; or
  • Aulert will work with every device, browser, account, school, or third-party service.

You must check Google Classroom and other official school sources directly.

Do not rely on Aulert as your only method of tracking deadlines, submissions, grades, or school communications. Aulert notifications may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or not delivered.

10. Your content and Classroom information

You retain your rights in your Google Classroom information and other content that belongs to you.

You authorize Aulert to access and process relevant information only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the authority to connect the Google account and information you provide.

11. Aulert intellectual property

Aulert’s name, logo, software, design, interfaces, documentation, and original content belong to Poonyapat Aroonrueangsirilert or the applicable rights holder.

Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Aulert or its content without written permission.

12. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you allow us to use them without payment or restriction to operate, maintain, and improve Aulert.

We will not publicly identify you as the source of feedback without your permission.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Aulert and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if reasonably necessary to:

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats;
  • Protect users, third parties, or Aulert;
  • Comply with law or a third-party requirement;
  • Investigate suspected misuse; or
  • Address a breach of these Terms.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. We may act without advance notice where delay could create a security, legal, or safety risk.

We may discontinue or materially change Aulert. We will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.

After termination, information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aulert disclaims warranties and conditions that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aulert and its operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Aulert.

This includes, where legally permitted:

  • Missed deadlines;
  • Missed submissions;
  • Missed notifications;
  • Academic or grading consequences;
  • Loss of data;
  • Loss of profits;
  • Loss of opportunities; and
  • Problems caused by Google, Discord, hosting providers, internet services, or other third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Because Aulert is free, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the operator for claims arising from Aulert will not exceed THB 1,000, unless applicable law requires a different result.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date.

For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by email or through Aulert.

If you continue using Aulert after the revised Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using Aulert and delete your account.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence apply.

Before starting a formal claim, contact us at yell0wcircle12345@gmail.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, disputes will be handled by the courts of Thailand. Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

18. General provisions

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Aulert concerning your use of Aulert, except where additional terms are presented for a particular feature.
